Business-Grade Colocation That Keeps Your Infrastructure Running.
When your servers or rack space become a bottleneck - or uptime and control matter more than ever - Smartt puts your hardware in purpose-built data centers with redundant power, cooling, connectivity, and support.
Both power and network paths are available.
Keep Control of the Hardware. Remove the Facility Burden.
Colocation preserves ownership and architectural control while moving power, cooling, physical security, connectivity, and onsite response into a professional operating environment.
Start With the Footprint Your Workload Actually Needs.
Choose a starting footprint below. We then validate power density, bandwidth, cross-connects, support expectations, and location before producing the final quote.

Base pricing notes
* Existing catalogue pricing shown for planning. Final pricing depends on facility, power, bandwidth, cross-connects, installation, support level, currency, and contract terms. Additional bandwidth, power, IP addresses, drops, wiring, and setup may apply.
Not Just Rack Space. Operational Ownership.
Colocation should remove infrastructure friction, not create another provider your team must coordinate.
Smartt can own the path from facility event to verified recovery: detect the issue, access the hardware, complete the physical work, coordinate connectivity, document the change, and confirm the system is healthy again.
The Facility Becomes Part of Your Architecture.
Every layer is designed to remove a different physical or operational failure mode.
Choose Physical Control When It Creates Real Value.
Strong Fit If
- You own or need to control the hardware
- Uptime and redundancy affect revenue or user experience
- You require carrier-neutral or private networking options
- Compliance requires dedicated facilities or access records
- Your team needs reliable physical access without constant travel
Consider Cloud or VPS Instead If
- You want fully abstracted infrastructure
- Your workloads scale rapidly and unpredictably
- You prefer pricing tied primarily to consumption
- You do not want to manage hardware lifecycles
- Your application fits a standard managed-cloud environment

Currency is based on hosting location and taxes are excluded. Client equipment must be compatible with local racks. Excess bandwidth and power are billed from actual monthly usage. Final SLA, service credits, access rules, installation charges, and asset responsibilities are governed by the executed agreement.
Rack Space Protects the Hardware. FlexEngine Keeps It Moving.
Colocation becomes more valuable when monitoring, security, connectivity, automation, incident response, and improvement work operate as one system. FlexEngine connects the physical foundation to the execution capacity required to maintain and evolve it.
Validate the Rack, Power, and Network Before You Commit.
Tell us what you are running, where it needs to live, and what failure would cost. We will recommend the appropriate footprint, connectivity, redundancy, and support model.
